OPINION: Local resident encourages city council to get back to basics

I concur wholeheartedly with C. Comeau. I live in Sapperton the 400 block of Kelly Street.

The sidewalk on my side of the street is atrocious. While walking her dog, a neighbour tripped on the raised concrete and broke her collarbone. The sidewalk has severe problems in several places and the danger for elderly people is extreme.

The sidewalk needs to be replaced ASAP. We should not have to risk physical injury just by walking in our neighbourhood.
