When it came to 2023, there were a number of issues that could have made it into the top 5. It was the job of a guest panel comprised of Trustee Danielle Connelly, Trustee Candidate Kathleen Carlsen and Councillor Paul Minhas to come up with the list. They joined Councillor Daniel Fontaine on his podcast For the Record to rank the issues they thought deserved some year-end attention.
